Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays and long weekends.

We work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. During sales events, holidays, and other busy periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, weight, and selected shipping service.

We offer free shipping on qualifying Canadian orders, with minimum purchase amounts varying by province or territory.

Oversized, Heavy & Dangerous Goods

Some products, including monomer and other Dangerous Goods (DG), require special handling or ground shipping.

Orders containing Dangerous Goods, oversized items, or packages exceeding our 2.5 kg free-shipping weight limit may not qualify for free shipping.

If additional shipping charges apply, we'll contact you before shipping your order.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, including apartment or unit numbers.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the carrier, and the shipping service selected.
