Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We DO NOT ship on holidays.

Due to the nature of the products we sell ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Any special circumstances are addressed on a case by case basis, we must be notified of any missing or damaged items as per our policy below.  

Please read all product descriptions carefully to ensure you are choosing correctly, if you have questions, or need clarification, please ask prior to placing your order.

We process orders in the order they were received.

We are unable to make any changes to your order once you have completed the checkout process, this includes cancellation of product, additions or removals etc.

We are also unable to ensure that your order is delivered on specific days or with special instructions.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to provide correct shipping address including unit/apt/suite number.  Your order will be shipped to the address provided.  Please make sure this is correct.

Broken/Defective items: We check each item prior to sending it to you. Our collection of professional products are carefully curated and of the highest quality. In a rare instance that you have received a defective product, you must notify thePINKchair within 72hrs of receiving.  Notification must be sent via email to customerservice@thepinkchair.ca and must include images of damaged/defective products as well as packaging.  thePINKchair reserves the right to replace, refund or provide store credit for the purchase price of these products at our discretion.

The brands carried by thePINKchair are not manufactured by us, therefore ALL warranties on products are dependant on the guidelines and requirements of each manufacturer.  Product defects are ultimately covered by and processed by the manufacturer. Their decision is binding and final. We do not provide any direct warranties on the products we carry.

Shipping Policies 

thePINKchair offers global shipping. There are some items in our catalogue that cannot be shipped globally (acetone, monomer, nail polish etc)

Shipping rates are calculated in the checkout based on the size/weight package as well as it's destination.  SHIPPING TIMES LISTED BY OUR CARRIERS ARE AN ESTIMATE ONLY.  These times do not include processing time.  Items available in our web shop will be processed Monday-Friday.  You will receive tracking information by email.

Orders received during large sales events or holidays will take additional time to process.

Please note that when shipping globally, it is the buyers responsibility to expect and make payment for any import fees, taxes, duties, customs fees imposed by your local government and/or mail service. 

What if it gets lost or stolen?

Once your package is in the care of the Canada Post or any of our other carriers, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We can submit a claim on your behalf, but after we have handed off the package to our carrier, it is out of our hands.  thePINKchair will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In a perfect world - we would have ultimate control over the Delivery Systems - but we are at their mercy - we also will not be held responsible for porch pirates, sketchy neighbors, sticky fingers or crazy ex's. If you think you have such people living next door - consider sending your package to a friend or to your work address.

If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense.  To have your order shipped a second time, YOU will be responsible for return shipping as well as the second shipping charge.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

If you cancel an order after it has been shipped - refunds will not be processed until the items are returned to  us.  Buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

We are able to track each package from our side as well, but please understand we can only see the information associated with each tracking number, just like you.  We do not have access to any additional information.

IF YOU INSIST UPON RETURNING YOUR ITEMS ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS.
