Shipping & Return Policies

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). During sales events or busy periods, processing times may increase.

  • Shipping Charges: Bulk, oversized, or orders over 2.5kg may incur additional shipping charges. Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Address Accuracy: Buyers must provide correct shipping details (including apt/unit numbers). Incorrect addresses resulting in returned packages will require buyer-paid reshipping fees. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

  • Global Shipping: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees. Certain items (e.g., acetone, monomer, nail polish) cannot ship internationally.

  • Final Sales & Order Changes: ALL SALES FINAL due to product nature. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after checkout.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Notify us via email (customerservice@thepinkchair.ca) within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of damage and packaging. Refund, replacement, or store credit provided at our discretion. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible once packages are in the carrier’s possession. Claims can be filed with the carrier, but reimbursement isn't guaranteed. To avoid porch theft, consider shipping to a secure location.

  • Returns: Returns (only under exceptional circumstances) are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus buyer-paid shipping costs both ways. Refunds issued only after product return.
