CN TIP: Like all neon pastels, the new shades are sensitive to knitting, especially yellow. They are applied in 2 extremely thin layers. When the first layer is applied, a stained surface is obtained, but only in this case will our layer be of sufficient thinness. It is recommended to apply Milky White Foundation under the yellow and neon pastel shades, which reduces their staining and makes them easier to apply.
