This pigment comes in a 1g decorative pot that goes with it's luxury look. Over BLACK this pigment is bright green with some blue behind it. But over WHITE we wee those green tones go a little bit more gold. And over CLEAR we see it's true potential.
Use as a top coat for a softer, glittery look.
We can't decide which we like better, but once it's gone...it's gone.
