Neon pigment powder, which, when filled with sunlight, glows colorfully in the dark, so you can be really striking and bold. Their color is the most intense on a white background. You can use it on the entire nail surface or you can decorate it with it.
Use:
To cover a complete nail, sprinkle the powder into a non-fixative top, light it for 60-120 seconds, then use a dusting brush to wipe off the excess. You can cover the surface with a top.
When decorating, draw the desired pattern on the surface of the completely finished nail with a fixation-free gel, whether it is printing, then sprinkle the powder, light it and dust it!
