Over BLACK this shows off a bold, yet soft purple. But over CLEAR the softness is magnified to a sheen. This would make the perfect top coat.
Less like a smooth finish chrome, more like a super fine glitter. These pigments are best dusted on your favourite polish or mixed in to a top coat for a unique never before seen glitter topper.
