On Gel-X® Tips

• Etch the surface of the applied Gel-X® Tip with Gel-X Prep®.
• Apply one thin, even coat of Enigmatic Gel Couleur and cure for 30 seconds. Repeat for two or three total coats, depending on the desired depth.
• Finish with Builder Top Gelcoat or Non-Wipe Top Gelcoat. Cure 30–60 seconds, depending on top coat choice.

On Natural Nails

• Apply pH Bonder and allow the nails to air-dry completely. Apply Acid-Free Gel Primer if desired.
• Apply a thin, even layer of Base Gelcoat or Base Gelcoat X. Cure for 30 seconds.
• Apply one thin, even coat of Enigmatic Gel Couleur and cure for 30 seconds. Repeat for two or three total coats, depending on the desired depth.
• Finish with Builder Top Gelcoat or Non-Wipe Top Gelcoat. Cure 30–60 seconds, depending on top coat choice.

Removal

E-file off the topcoat and gel color, then soak in 100% pure acetone for 10–20 minutes, until the gel is soft and jelly-like. Gently lift the softened product with a remover tool or cuticle pusher; do not force removal. Lightly buff away any residue and finish with cuticle oil.

APPLICATIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS

• Build the glass effect – sandwich a cured layer of Builder Top Gelcoat between two Jelly coats to create extra depth, then finish with your preferred top gelcoat.
• Tint an existing effect – layer Jelly over Astral or Prismatic cat eye, pearlescent, flash glitter for a cohesive jewel-toned wash.
• Mix the finishes – apply jelly over an Enigmatic flash glitter shade to tint the sparkle, or add Flash Glitter over Jelly for dimensional contrast.
• Add a spectrum shift – apply Heavenly Top Gelcoat over the cured jelly shade for a smooth, rainbow-gradient effect; finish with Builder Top Gelcoat for added dimension.
