You know how much we love pigments - so it's no surprise that we brought in a little collection of simply but sparkly pigments. These work beautifully as top coats, and over art with their texture and the soft blue shimmer.
Over BLACK this is pure, bright bluey silver. But over CLEAR the silver gets soft, almost dainty like. This would make the perfect top coat.
Less like a smooth finish chrome, more like a super fine glitter. These pigments are best dusted on your favourite polish or mixed in to a top coat for a unique never before seen glitter topper.
