Pro Tips for Application

For Aura Nails: Apply a small amount of colour to a sponge and gently build the colour from the centre outward. Start lightly. You can always add more intensity, but removing an enthusiastic blob of gel is considerably less fun.

For Sponge Ombré: Place your colours next to each other on the sponge and gently blend where they meet before applying. Build the gradient in thin layers rather than trying to achieve full opacity immediately.

For Nail Art: Pick up a small amount with your art brush. Solid cream gels give you more control than a runnier gel polish when creating fine details and small design elements.

Mix Your Own Colours: Use a clean palette or mixing surface to combine shades and create custom colours rather than mixing directly inside the palette pans.

Keep It Clean: Always use clean tools when picking up product to avoid contaminating the individual colours.

Keep It Covered: Close the palette when you're finished working to protect the gels from unnecessary exposure to UV and LED light.

Curing: Cure according to Ugly Duckling's official instructions and recommended lamp once those specifications are available.
