This pigment is a fall go to. When it comes to mixing your own colours everyone needs this deep blue tone in their drawer. When mixed with just a clear builder, it really comes together.
When it comes to pigments a little goes a long way. When mixing your colours use just a little at a time, and only dust on a little bit so as not to waste your perfect powder. Fantastic for ombres and top coats as well!
