Doesn’t work after only a month

I’ve had my drill for just over a month, I’m a professional nail tech and I was so exited to get the matching lamp to my drill. Man have I been disappointed, after only one month my light will not turn on if it’s not plugged in and for a rechargeable light that doesn’t make sense. I’m afraid that if I turn it off I won’t be able to get it back on. I’ve also had a hard time getting my clients thumbs cured, and for myself I rock x long nails all the time and my hand barely fits in the light

Hey Brooke! I am so sorry you are disappointed in your lamp. Did you try contacting Kiara Sky to start a Warranty Claim? They do come with 1 year manufacturer warranty, and this sounds like maybe you just got a dud battery, I am sure they would be happy to send you a replacement battery. Let me know if you need a copy of your invoice, or any help with filing your claim. - Kellie-
