Reflective Pigment Powder & Color Powder 04:
These Reflective Glitter Powders have a sparkling effect in the sunlight while in the dark they reflect the light. Base color is not required because of the high coverage of the powder. It can be used on the whole surface of the nail or for decoration.
Application:
When finishing the nail use any no-wipe top gel (Master Shine top, Master Cool Top, Master Cool Top Black), sprinkle the glitter on the top coat and then cure it in UV lamp (2-3 min) or in UV/LED lamp (1.5-2 min). As a finishing touch remove the excess Diamond powder. For a more metallic finish after applying and curing the base (color) rub the powder onto the sticky layer. Then any top coat can be used.
