One of our favourite pigments to create with (shocking I know), this neon orange keeps it's brightness no matter what you add it to. Perfect for neon art work and custom colour mixing.
When it comes to pigments a little goes a long way. When mixing your colours use just a little at a time, and only dust on a little bit so as not to waste your perfect powder. Fantastic for ombres and top coats as well!
