This Chrome comes in a 1g decorative pot that goes with it's luxury look. Over BLACK we see the purple and blue-green tones. But over WHITE we see more of the green and a little touch of gold. And over CLEAR we see it's true potential.

Use as a top coat for a softer, glittery look.
